Tutorials on the Use of Statistical Software

These webpages will ultimately contain tutorials on the statistical software Scott used in the courses he taught at the University of Washington, including

• R (especially the uwIntroStats package)
• Stata

The tutorials are not meant to be comprehensive instruction on the use of the software. Instead, we illustrate how to do the analyses that are covered in the various courses in applied biostatistics that Scott has taught.
